A simple, yet helpful boost for weightloss

Obesity has been a major concern for some people in the U.S., but at the same time it has been on the back burner for many U.S. citizens. “More than two-thirds of states now have adult obesity rates above 25 percent,” said Jeff Levi, executive director of the Trust for America’s Health. “Back in 1991…not a single state had an obesity rate above 20 percent.”

“A poll on childhood obesity included in this year’s report found that 16.4 percent of children aged 10 to 17 are obese and 18.2 percent are overweight.”

Some critics would say that they would need to eat less, but some of these problems in morbidly obese citizens are hereditary. Others on the other hand are due to a poor diet and lack of exercise. How can we combat these troubling results?

One of the way that would help is to implement a healthier diet, seems obvious right? But how many of you actually do it as well as you could? My guess is not too many.

Try this easy step; take multivitamins daily. They have the nutrients that fill the nutritional gaps that you couldn’t possibly get from your food even if you tried.

A recent study from China said that women who take daily multivitamins for 26 weeks lost and average of 7.9 pounds of body weight compared to essentially no change 0.4 in women given a placebo.

If we correct our poor nutritional habits and eat properly, that will have a positive effect on the battle with obesity and over weight people in America.
